ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

Weekly orders close on Sunday evenings. Those orders are then shipped Monday-Wednesday.

If you place an order Monday-Friday it will not be shipped until the following week.

SHIPPING

How long will my order be in transit?

We use Australia Post express post for all orders to limit transit shock to your plants. At present the average ‘in transit’ timeframe for orders is approximately 1-3 business days. You must track your order and reach out if your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe.

What if there is a postage delay?

Once packed you will be emailed a tracking number. Australia Post will then collect your parcel and it will be on its way to you. We recommend downloading their tracking app to follow your parcels progress. Australia Post will update their tracking at each scan point.

Contact us if your parcel does not arrive within 3 days from issue of the tracking number. We will then closely monitor its progress and liase with Australia Post.

If there is a delay, don’t panic. We guarantee the quality of your order on arrival provided that you contacted us within a maximum of 5 days from issue of your tracking number.

What if there is a problem with my order on arrival?

Contact us straight away. We cannot accept responsibility outside of 48 hours from delivery time. It’s a good idea to ensure there is a shaded and protected delivery spot for your parcel.

Please send us some photos and details of your concerns. We will assess the problem and then provide the relevant advice and assistance.

Please note pictures of plants on our site are an example of what you will receive and not a picture of the exact plant unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please remember that the weather can change the appearance of plants. Some plants are Summer or Winter dormant and can look extremely different depending upon the time of year.

Please note that many of our plants are specialty plants and may require specific conditions in order to thrive. We are located in South East Victoria and all of our plants are kept outdoors in either a shade house or temperature controlled greenhouse, so their look and colouring is dictated by their growing conditions. We recommend that if you are a novice or unfamiliar with a particular plant that you contact us before ordering to discuss suitability and specific requirements if any.

Where and how does MJS send plants?

We post to all non-quarantine States in Australia (Vic, NSW, ACT, SA and Qld).

Click & Collect and Local Delivery also available.

All plants are shipped in their pots unless stated the description.

How much does it cost?

Postage (precise Auspost express charges) plus handling costs are automatically calculated on checkout based upon the delivery postcode and the total weight of your order.
