Gaya is a hybrid of N. khasiana x (ventricosa x maxima) and has proven itself to be one of the easiest of Nepenthes to grow and is tolerant of a wide range of conditions.
Pitcher Plants, are the most carnivorous plants next to the Venus flytrap.
They grow spectacularly on sunny windowsills. Always protect your plant from draft, extreme heat, and freezing temperatures. Windowsills that have southerly, easterly, or westerly orientations are adequate, the main concern being ample sunlight. Humidity is a negligible factor, with ambient household humidity being more than adequate for most varieties.
